My Gadget Fetish

Yes,  It is true, I am a girl after my daddy's own heart  because I LOVE GADGETS!!!!! And like him, if I can't find one or it is too expensive, I'll make it! I could watch infomercials for hours - luckily I also have a lot of discernment, so I don't rush to the phone so I am one of the first 100 callers so I can get double the gadgets and  free shipping-I just waste a lot of time watching them; daydreaming that there could be a gadget to take care of ever little job we have to do. There have been a few gadgets that I have given in to,  so for the fun of it I have compiled my Top 10 List of Gadgets! And why?  So this page has more on it then just Martha making fun of me!

2. MY TIMER ~ Come on-Doesn't every mom use a timer?  From time outs, to quick 15 minute room pick-ups, or just to keep dilly dalliers accountable during school - I COULDN'T LIVE WITHOUT MY TIMER!!!!!!

1.MY LAPTOP~ I know, really lame. (And my deepest apologies too everyone expecting a snuggie to be #1) but hey it is my number 1 gadget!  I love to live a life that is back to basics - BUT NOT WITH OUT THE INTERNET!!!!!!!! How in the world would I know how to do things like make a coonskin cap with my boys, or homemade soap and laundry detergent. The pioneers had secret computers-I just know it! And that is my gadget list, of course I would consider giving them all up (except for the computer) for the gadget of my dreams  A DROID  all those time saving apps at my finger tips where ever I go .........................someday Droid you will be mine!
